Our Prices
When hiring a traditional ice cream bike or a Victorian ice cream cart, you are not just hiring a piece of equipment for your event; you are also hiring an experience, a memory. We aim to provide an unrivalled service at every event and compare this to the service that we would expect if it were our own special event. Listed below are the all inclusive prices for hiring either a traditional ice cream bike or a Victorian style ice cream cart.
To avoid any disappointment we recommend that you book as far in advance as possible.
What’s included in the price? Everything! We provide you with an all inclusive price and don’t add on any unexpected charges. The price includes:
- Set up for your event
- Rental of the bike/cart for up to 4 hours. (Holding an event for longer than 4 hours? No problem just let us know at the time of booking and we can arrange the additional hours)
- You’ll also get one or two fully trained servers
- Lots of ice cream! You’ll have a choice of 8 luxury ice cream flavours with the Traditional Ice Cream Bike, or a choice of up to 10 delicious flavours with the Victorian Ice Cream Cart.
- Rolled sugar and waffle cones, enough for all your guests (and plenty of extras for those who’d like seconds)
- If you’d like the bike/cart decorated then we’ll even include the decorations in the price!

For events catering up to 400 people we provide 1 bike/cart and 1 fully trained server. For events catering up to 750 people we provide 2 bikes/carts and 2 fully trained servers
If you’re holding an event for more than 750 people, please contact us with the event details to discuss your requirements.
To secure your booking we require a deposit of £75, with the remaining balance payable at least 2 weeks before the event.
We cover most of East Anglia and particular we’re able to attend any event in Norfolk, Suffolk, Cambridgeshire, Essex, Hertfordshire and London. We’re also able to operate outside this area. If you would like us to attend an event outside this area, please email us for a personalised quotation.
